What is a Business Loan?


A business loan is designed for a wide range of small, medium and start-up business needs including the purchase, refinance and expansion of a business. If you run your own business, it is likely that you will need funds at different points of time for various needs. A business loan can be secured by all types of business property, commercial and residential properties. Business loans are normally offered on Freehold and long Leasehold properties with Bricks and Mortar valuations required.

Business Loan rates are variable, depending on status. Your monthly repayments will depend on the amount borrowed and term.

To get approval for your loan application, you must be able to meet the lending criteria set down. Some organisations are more risk averse than others, and will therefore have more stringent criteria.

To vastly increase your chances of a successful business loan application, you will need to present the following information:

The reason for the loan

The amount required

Details of how you will repay the amount borrowed.

Details of security you will be able to offer to the lender.
